The Role
As a Data Infrastructure Engineer / Python Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, building and maintaining the systems that transform large volumes of complex data into reliable, high-quality datasets. You'll use Python, PostgreSQL and LLMs, and work across data engineering, backend development and AI-driven automation, helping to create scalable solutions that support key business decisions while collaborating closely with a highly technical team.

What's Required?
The ideal candidate for the Data Infrastructure Engineer / Python Developer role will have the following:
Commercial experience building data platforms, pipelines or backend systems
Strong Python development skills within production environments
Experience working with SQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL
Knowledge of distributed systems, asynchronous processing and data ingestion pipelines
Experience using AI technologies, including Large Language Models, within real-world applications
Familiarity with web scraping, automation tools and modern data engineering practices
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach within a startup environment
