The Role As Head of Data, you will provide strategic direction for how data is structured, managed and leveraged across the organisation. This is a senior leadership position focused on building a reliable, well-governed data environment that supports insight-led decision making and continuous improvement across a large organisation.

You will also play a key role in shaping how advanced analytics and emerging technologies are introduced, ensuring they are used responsibly and effectively to support forecasting and performance improvement.

This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from home, alongside time spent at their offices in South London.

What’s Required?

The ideal candidate for this role will bring:

• The ability to lead innovation, pilot new approaches and support scalable adoption of data solutions

• Strong experience with Microsoft data technologies including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and Microsoft Fabric

• Advanced SQL skills and practical experience using Python for data analysis and insight generation

• Proven ability to design and implement data strategies within large, complex organisations

• Any experience within public sector environments would be a plus!
