What’s Required?

The ideal candidate for the Head of Software Development role will have the following:

• Proven experience in a senior software leadership or engineering management role

• Strong background in C# development and experience across mixed technology environments

• Experience managing teams and delivering complex software projects end-to-end

• Good understanding of project and delivery management in a fast-paced setting

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
