The Role As a Senior Software Developer, you’ll work primarily in C#, building and maintaining a robust, high-quality codebase while supporting the move to .NET 10. You’ll also play a key role in collaborating across the team on code reviews and mentoring of junior developers. You’ll also work with legacy VB code in a stable environment, so adaptability and comfort with older systems are essential.

What’s Required?
The ideal candidate for the role will have the following:
Strong experience with C# and .NET frameworks, moving towards .NET 10
Familiarity with TypeScript, Blazor, and Axure
Comfortable working with legacy VB code alongside modern systems
Ability and willingness to mentor and support junior colleagues
Adaptable and collaborative mindset in a fast-paced, complex environment
