Role:
- You will play a pivotal role in the support of the live service encompassing Oracle Fusion applications
- Oversee the transition to go-live, oversee and agree the acceptance into service process
- Lead on the service operating model creation, leading a team of onshore and offshore resources
- Manage service reporting requirements and ITIL process adherence
- Ensure the successful delivery of the client managed service

Essential Technical Skills
- Strong experience as an Oracle Service Delivery Manager
- Proven experience managing live large-scale Oracle (Fusion) implementations
- Public sector / NHS or similarly complex regulated environments
- Strong understanding of Release Management, Change Management, Environment Management, Configuration and Cost Management
- Must have led a large service team in a complex public sector engagement
