THE ROLE | Chief Commercial Officer
This is not a standard hire. You will operate at a senior level, owning strategy, driving revenue, and unlocking the full commercial potential of everything we have built. You will sit at the top table from day one.
We have built something exceptional. What we are looking for now is the person who can see the full picture, the app, the events, the content, the data, the brand, and architect a commercial strategy that scales each pillar while amplifying the flywheel effect between them.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth
â—† Define and execute the overarching commercial strategy across all three business pillars
â—† Identify, structure and close high-value partnerships; brands, media, platforms, corporate wellness, entertainment
â—† Build scalable B2C monetisation models for the app and establish a credible B2B pipeline â—† Own pricing strategy, packaging and the full revenue architecture
Growth, Marketing & Community
â—† Drive user acquisition and retention, turning our content reach into a conversion engine
â—† Scale the events business nationally and evaluate international expansion opportunities
â—† Leverage our content flywheel (social, YouTube) as a commercial and community asset
â—† Build brand partnerships that feel authentic to our audience and drive real revenue
Leadership & Operations
â—† Work directly alongside the founder, acting as a true strategic partner, not an executor
â—† Build and lead the commercial team as the business scales
â—† Input into fundraising strategy and investor narrative where relevant
â—† Bring commercial rigour to product decisions, ensuring every feature has a revenue logic

Essential Experience
