This role bridges the gap between business and technology. You will help gather requirements, analyse processes, map data flows, and ensure that our IoT-connected coffee machines and digital services deliver measurable value to customers, partners, and Costa’s business objectives.

What you’ll do
Being a Business Analyst is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success – which means you’ll:
- Work with stakeholders to capture and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artefacts for product teams
- Analyse business processes, customer journeys, and data flows to identify opportunities and risks.
- Support Product Managers by providing evidence and clarity for prioritisation.
- Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams & Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to different audiences.
Who you are
It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:
- Exposure to agile ways of working (scrum, Kanban, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator across technical and business teams
- Organised and detail-oriented, with strong documentation skills
- Experience with analysis or data tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Excel, SQL, GA, Looker, Tableau)
