Senior Manager - Enterprise Data Transformation
Senior Manager – Enterprise Data Transformation, Permanent
At Costa Coffee, we’re on a mission to reimagine coffee experiences across the globe. From bustling cities to local communities, we’re creating meaningful coffee moments, powered by innovation and driven by purpose.
As a proud part of the Coca-Cola system and working hand in hand with our pioneering partners, we’re in over 50 countries and counting. Whether it’s served in-store, from a machine, at home, or on the go, every cup is thoughtfully crafted by our passionate teams who put heart into every moment.
Our teams truly make a difference. Whether it’s pioneering new tech for the perfect pour, launching award-winning campaigns, developing exciting new menu items, or supporting our people to grow – together, we stir up success.
The Enterprise Data Transformation Senior Manager is a transformation-focused leader responsible for shaping Costa Coffee’s enterprise data ecosystem, with a strong focus on D365 F&O and D365 CE data, to deliver scalable, analytics-ready reporting on Azure and Databricks. This is not a technical engineering or architecture role, but one that translates ERP data structures into clear reporting and modelling requirements, directing engineering teams on what needs to be built. With expertise in Power BI and Databricks, the role is responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality semantic models and insights that enable better, data-driven decision-making across the organisation
We value curiosity, inclusivity, and a problem-solving mindset. If you thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and are excited to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.
With inspiring experiences, development programmes, and our apprenticeship scheme, your career can grow far beyond the day-to-day.
What you’ll do
Being an Enterprise Data Transformation Senior Manager is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success – which means you’ll be:
- Analyse D365 and other system data structures and translate them into platform side requirements.
- Continuously improve data models, transformations, and work closely with data engineering to drive platform performance
- Own and manage ERP data from D365 F&O and CE within the enterprise data platform, delivering and evolving Power BI reporting solutions to support operations and insights.
- Partner with technology, business, and analytics teams to understand requirements, prioritise initiatives, and ensure robust data delivery.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing new ideas and competitive advantages to the enterprise data ecosystem.
Who you are
It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:
- Proven experience in a transformation, data, or analytical delivery role (not project management or architecture), ideally working with enterprise platforms and complex data environments.
- Strong experience defining and documenting data, reporting, and integration requirements, translating business needs into clear specifications for delivery teams.
- Hands-on ability to engage with data and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, data platforms, or similar) to validate requirements and support solution design, without being a technical engineer or architect.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven experience aligning business and technical teams and driving clarity across complex transformation initiatives.
- Solid understanding of Agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban), with experience supporting delivery teams through backlog refinement, planning, and prioritisation.
