Data & Campaign Analyst - 12-month FTC

About the role We are seeking experienced data analytics professional to join our Customer Campaign Delivery team on a 12 month FTC basis.Using SAS, SQL and HCL UNICA the team are responsible for delivering regulatory, service and marketing campaigns to develop the customer relationship and drive commercial performance.Responsibilities will be to plan, build and execute a range of campaigns, including complex automated and trigger-based journeys, and create the reporting and controls needed to measure campaign performance. Along with working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, using your strong understanding of customer data, analytical techniques and market technologies to deliver accurate, meaningful outputs.Joining us means stepping into a genuinely demanding and fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.   • Experience using SAS and SQL
  • Background in marketing, service communications, customer selection, or data-driven campaign execution
  • Strong understanding of technical platforms that support large insight functions
  • Naturally analytical mindset with the ability to challenge constructively
  • Effective stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working within a data-focused environment
  • Excellent written/verbal communication
