What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize our Salesforce environment.
- Develop custom solutions (Apex, triggers, integrations).
- Partner with stakeholders to design scalable solutions.
- Stay ahead of Salesforce releases and best practices.
- Drive automation, reporting, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Proven Salesforce admin experience (Apex dev is a bonus).
- Knowledge of Flows, Lightning, Validation Rules, Reports.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Einstein Analytics, Conga, DocuSign, Marketing Cloud (nice-to-have).
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
