ICT Service Desk Analyst

One of my local government clients are currently recruiting an experienced ICT Service Desk Analyst on a temporary basis. This is a 3-month minimum contract with the possibility of the role being extended further to work Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Hybrid working role were, however, you will be required to attend the office 2/3 times a week

Ovevriew:

Working on Norfolk Constabulary and Suffolk Constabulary's busy ICT Service desk. Taking telephone calls, live chats and dealing with in coming self-service portal requests. We are looking for a motivated individual driven to take a large number of calls/chats and in-between actively deal with Self Service Portal requests.
