Position Summary & Objective

The Inside Sales Representative generates and qualifies leads with new clients through targeted sales campaigns, utilizing phone and email outreach to secure new logos.

Essential Functions Performed by the Position

•Executes sales campaigns to identify and qualify leads with potential new clients. Works with other sales and marketing functions to develop target customer lists.

•Makes phone calls and sends emails to prospective clients, communicating the Crane Authentication value proposition and generating interest.

•Maintains an organized pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and capturing customer feedback to enable refinement of campaign messaging and strategies.

•Collaborates with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and with the sales team to hand off qualified leads for values in excess of pre-agreed value.

•Takes leads from identification through qualification, quote and close.

•Utilizes CRM tools to track activities, leads, and opportunities. Ensures all interactions are logged and information is up to date.

•Stays informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to tailor outreach strategies effectively.

•Provides regular reports on lead generation activities, campaign effectiveness, and sales performance to senior management.

Position Qualifications

Education:

•Qualified to A-Level or equivalent, experience and attitude are more important than formal qualifications.

Experience:

Minimum of 1-3 years in an inside sales or lead generation role, preferably within the Authentication and Brand Protection market, or in a comparable solutions sales environment.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in written and spoken English, other languages an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

•Excellent customer facing oral and written communication skills.

•Good planning and organization skills.

•Ability to work independently.

Working Hours and Conditions

• Office Work Environment.

Physical Characteristics and Demands:

This role is sedentary in nature, you must be able to sit at a desk and use a computer for extended periods of time.
