With a developed platform now entering its next commercial phase, CreateTOTALLY is building the revenue engine to match its product ambition.
This is a genuine ground-floor commercial opportunity. You will be the first dedicated salesperson in the business, reporting directly to the CEO, with real influence over how the go-to-market motion is built.
The Role
We are looking for a driven, credible closer to take ownership of new business development at CreateTOTALLY. This is a hands-on individual contributor role — you will be prospecting, building pipeline, running deals end-to-end, and closing revenue. There is no team to inherit and no inbound engine to rely on. You will build the pipeline yourself.
The right person has 2–4 years of closing experience in tech, SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or a data-driven agency or analytics business. You know how to sell to brands and agencies, you are comfortable at senior stakeholder level, and you thrive in environments where you have to create your own opportunities.
What You Will Be Doing
Pipeline Generation & Outbound
- Own outbound prospecting across target brand and agency accounts
- Build and manage a live pipeline from scratch using outbound sequencing, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and your own network
- Represent CreateTOTALLY at relevant industry events and conferences — Advertising Week, Programmatic I/O, and equivalent — to generate leads and build visibility
- Identify, qualify, and prioritise opportunities across direct brand relationships, media agencies, and strategic partnerships
Sales Execution & Deal Management
- Run the full sales cycle from first contact through to signed contract — you own it end-to-end
- Lead discovery, demo, and commercial conversations confidently at senior level
- Build compelling proposals and tailor the CreateTOTALLY value proposition to each prospect's specific needs
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals with a clear sense of urgency and deal hygiene
Pipeline Management & Forecasting
- Keep CRM updated and maintain a clear, realistic view of pipeline at all times
- Provide honest weekly forecasting and commercial updates to the CEO
- Build a structured, repeatable approach to pipeline creation, qualification, and progression
- Track conversion rates and deal velocity, and actively work to improve both
Commercial Foundation
- Work closely with the CEO to define target sectors, ICP, and commercial messaging
- Feed market intelligence back into product positioning and go-to-market thinking
- Help establish the early sales infrastructure — templates, objection handling, commercial workflows — that will underpin future team growth
What We Are Looking For
Experience & Track Record
- 2–4 years of closing experience in a tech, SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or data-driven agency or analytics business
- Proven ability to self-generate pipeline and convert outbound opportunities, not just manage inbound
- Demonstrable track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a new business role
- Experience selling to brands, media agencies, or marketing technology buyers
Sales Skills
- Confident running the full sales cycle end-to-end with minimal hand-holding
- Strong discovery skills — able to uncover real business pain and connect it clearly to product value
- Commercially sharp: comfortable with pricing conversations, proposal writing, and negotiation
- Excellent communication and presence in senior stakeholder meetings and pitches
Character
- Self-starting and resilient — you do not need a warm pipeline handed to you
- Highly organised with strong pipeline discipline and CRM hygiene
- Curious about the market, competitive landscape, and how the product creates value for clients
- Comfortable with the ambiguity and pace of an early-stage, fast-growing business
Compensation & Package
This is a commission-based sales role with a competitive base and uncapped upside.
Base salary: £60,000 – £70,000 depending on experience
Commission structure: Percentage of revenue closed, paid monthly or quarterly
Accelerator: Enhanced commission rate above target
Equity: Available — details to be discussed

Working Location
