This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Head of Product who can demonstrate a strong story of growth within a B2C business, leading on international expansion, exec level engagement, building and leading teams and delighting customers with outstanding user experience.
You will oversee a team of product managers and designers.
Product Strategy & Direction
- Contribute to a clear and coherent product vision aligned with company goals and customer outcomes.
- Partner with senior team members to help shape product strategy and roadmap planning.
- Support prioritisation across teams, balancing customer impact, business value, and delivery pace.
- Use data, customer insight, and product judgement to inform decisions and identify opportunities.
Team & Collaboration
- Contribute to a strong product culture through collaboration, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences.
Your Experience
- 5–8 years’ experience in Product Management, including experience leading significant product areas or initiatives.
- Experience working across multiple teams or squads in fast-paced environments.
- Background in high-growth scale-ups or consumer subscription/e-commerce products preferred.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and moving quickly, with a hands-on and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
