Senior Account Manager

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of our client operations—overseeing a portfolio of accounts while mentoring and developing a high-performing account management team. You’ll ensure service excellence, strengthen client partnerships, and identify opportunities for long-term growth.
🔑 What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and maintain accurate client data, health scores, and pipeline visibility
- Drive strategic account growth through relationship building, retention, and cross-selling
- Coach and develop Account Managers and Executives to deliver high-quality client communications
- Oversee support workflows, ensuring efficient triage, escalation handling, and SLA performance
- Establish and track performance metrics to improve service quality and team output
- Lead adoption of operational tools (e.g. Freshdesk), ensuring effective implementation and usage
👤 Who We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in account management or client services (tech, media, or managed services preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing others
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. Navori, Embed, Tripleplay) and ticketing tools (e.g. Freshdesk, Zendesk)
- Highly organised with a track record of managing data accuracy and meeting SLAs
- A strategic mindset with the ability to prioritise growth over day-to-day tasks
- Calm, professional, and confident managing multiple priorities
- Flexible and willing to step up during peak periods
