A premium British automotive brand is hiring a Project Planner / Snr PM to drive the successful delivery of next-gen mobility experiences. You'll coordinate global teams, manage programme timelines, and help land technical milestones across complex in-vehicle UX initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage project timelines using Jira and Confluence

  • Align departmental delivery with global release cycles

  • Coordinate with technical, integration, and HMI teams in the UK, China, and the US

  • Track status, flag risks, and resolve blockers in a fast-paced Agile environment

  • Communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders with precision

What You'll Need:

  • Proven project planning experience in Agile teams

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills

  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies

  • Experience delivering technical product roadmaps

  • Excellent organisation, time management, and communication

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in automotive or complex product environments

  • Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.)

  • Familiarity with Lean or DevOps practices

Must be available to work on-site in Warwickshire, 2 days per week and 3 from home.
