Marketing Manager - Exciting Opportunity in the Space Sector
This is an exciting opportunity for a tactical, intuitive marketing manager to further his/her skills and ambition.
You’ll be working for a global company at the forefront of maritime, aviation, government and enterprise satellite communications. More specifically, you’ll shape, deliver and drive the success of international government defence and aeronautical campaigns driving the adoption and sales of new voice, data, video and cyber security solutions.
Working for a charismatic marketing director as part of a small strategic government team, you’ll immediately take responsibility for: (i) developing and implementing innovative campaigns, (ii) establishing a strong market presence, and (iii) supporting the sales team in engaging with target customers (government agencies, defence contractors and military organisations).
You’ll excel at:
- Creating content: you’re a skilled writer able to translate technical information into digestible collateral
- Developing paid marketing lead generation and go-to-market media campaigns
- Utilising your key eye for design to establish briefs for others
In short, you’ll be a dynamic, self-sufficient individual with a strong understanding of building effective marketing campaigns from scratch, whilst working across several campaigns simultaneously. As an outgoing, collaborative individual, you’ll play a major part in the organisation of key marketing industry events and continually gain the buy-in of senior individuals to anticipate and avoid operational obstacles along the way.

Essential
- Experience of working in a dynamic B2B corporate marketing environment across all geographies to create holistic campaigns.
- Digital marketing, marketing automation and CRM software expertise.
- Ability to create effective content, strong writing skills.
- Willingness to connect with people at all levels of an organisations including strong collaborator and leadership skills.
- Creatively minded, confident and eloquent.
- Operationally hands-on but with a natural ability to encourage and develop team members.
Desired
- Experience with CMS system.
- Understanding SEO, copywriting, marketing and financial metrics and reporting.
- Understanding of international government, defence or military sectors and/or audiences.
