Senior Capture Manager - UK Government - Land Tactical Networks - Brilliant Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity for a strategic individual with extensive experience of defence communication systems, ideally land tactical networks and programs, to work as a Capture Manager for a global company delivering secure space, cyber and network solutions to governments around the world.
More specifically, by developing and leading capture efforts, you’ll contribute to the success of an ambitious, fast-growth UK Government team focused on Army and land tactical network programs and users, determined to secure large Programs of Record.
Through your existing network, you will engage with senior defence officials to identify, shape and influence their requirements AND inform the company’s win strategies, resource requirements and customer engagement plans to secure business.
You will be set up for success. Working for a highly successful Sales & Business Development Director, you will partner a visionary technical lead with access to dedicated engineering resources. Essential
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar leadership role, either within industry or government
- Thorough, hands-on understanding of defence programs and procurement
- Recent experience of land tactical programs including TacNet, LE TacCIS, Asgard, LDC4
- UK national with ability to attain UK Security Clearance
- Experience of building teams that deliver and win
