We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Leeds team. Hybrid working: Tuesday to Thursday in the office, Monday and Friday from home. You'll be covering global technology markets, working both sides of the relationship, and given the autonomy to run your desk the way a good recruiter should.
Our average fee is over £28,000 and our commission structure goes to 50%. We mention that not to sell the role, but because it's an accurate reflection of the market we operate in and what's genuinely achievable here.

What we're looking for: Proven billing track record at senior or executive level. Comfortable operating in complex, niche, or technical markets. Self-driven, commercially sharp, and motivated by more than just activity metrics.
