Crone Corkill are partnering with a Legal client who are searching for an Applications Analyst to join the firm on a permanent basis. With offices across the UK, it's worth noting that this role could be performed in London, the South Coast, Yorkshire, Manchester or Newcastle.

They're searching for someone who can provide expertise with their business management software, Aderant, whilst also covering M365, workflow optimisation, system integrations, low-code development using Power Platform and Legal Case Management applications.

To be considered, it's essential that you have experience using Aderant and working within the Legal industry in a similar capacity.

What will you do as an Applications Analyst?

• Take technical ownership of the practice management system, including Aderant Expert Time
• Create, maintain and optimise workflows to support business processes
• Execute upgrades, patches and system maintenance, as well as provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues of Aderant Expert
• Act as an escalation point for colleagues within the Applications and IT Support teams
• Configuration, maintenance and development of Visual Files case management system
• Database admin, maintenance and support of SQL Server databases underpinning core business applications
• Write, maintain and optimise SQL queries and reports
• Build, manage and maintain Power BI dashboards and data flows
• Assist with generative AI work related to identifying use cases, the creation of playbooks, developing engineering capabilities and AI knowledge transfer to the Training team
• Support the SharePoint intranet
• Maintain and support bespoke applications, services and background processes using the likes of C#, PowerShell, Python, ASP, VBScript and others

What skills do you need as an Applications Analyst?

• Aderant Expert (PMS & Time)
• Aderant Drive
• SQL administration and reporting
• Scripting using C# and/or PowerShell
• M365 & SharePoint Online
• Designing secure data integrations across business platforms
• Comfortable working within Visual Studios or similar IDE's
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
