• Role - Network Support Engineer
• Location - London, UK
• Required Tech Stack - Routing, Switching, Wireless, Network Design & Deployment, Layer 1–4 Troubleshooting, Infrastructure as Code, API Automation, Customer-Facing Networking
• Compensation - £78K - £133K +Equity (Competitive)
• YOE - 3+ years of experience in a network engineering role, not general IT support

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues across all layers (Layer 1–4)
• Manage and support remote customer networks
• Configure and maintain Routing, Switching, and Wireless Networks
• Identify, document, and escalate product bugs
• Create feature requests based on customer feedback
• Use Infrastructure as Code and API automation for network tasks
• Share expertise and mentor team members to build technical depth

Requirements for the role :

• 3+ years of hands-on network engineering experience in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
• Strong expertise in Routing, Switching, and Wireless Networks across diverse environments
• Experience trouble shooting and managing networks across all layers (Layer 1–4)
• Background in Network Design, Deployment, and supporting complex customer networks
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, API automation, and light programming for network tasks
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Networking, or related field
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to mentor, document processes, and collaborate with teams.
