Vice President of Enterprise Sales, IgniteTech (Remote) - $200,000/year USD

This position is not a high-autonomy role without structure, nor is it an environment where you can rely on superficial metrics or vanity-stage pipelines. It suits someone energized by forecast precision, margin-protected deal architecture, well-defined SOWs, and executive dialogues that conclude with concrete clarity and actionable commitments. You will leverage authentic GenAI capabilities to accelerate analysis and stakeholder communication, apply sound commercial judgment during ambiguous scenarios, deploy escalation control that stabilizes critical situations, and provide coaching that refines pricing discipline, deal structure, and negotiation technique across your team. If you have managed enterprise B2B software sales encompassing renewals, expansions, multi-year agreements, SLAs, and pricing strategy, this role will align with your expertise.

Basic Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience within the IT industry and 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise software
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience leading renewals, expansions, or account growth initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience applying LLMs and other GenAI tools to optimize workflows
  • Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar enterprise accounts
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
  • Experience serving customers in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, or pharma), including compliance-focused commercial frameworks
  • Background leading sales or account management teams in quota-carrying capacities, with coaching expertise in deal structure and negotiation

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
