About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the deployment of our entire platform services products for our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery, and meeting client expectations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing IT projects, specifically in the security domain, strong communication and organisation skills, and a deep understanding of SIEM solutions. The project manager will work closely with the technical team, sales, and customer stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor project progress.
What You'll Do:
Manage the project lifecycle, from pre-kickoff to closure, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsDevelop and manage project plans, resource allocation plans, and project schedules to ensure successful project executionCreate project collateral and artifacts to build an effective project management practice.
Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, gather project information, and provide project updatesLead and manage a team of technical resources, including engineers and consultants, to ensure successful project deliveryIdentify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop contingency plans to ensure project successDevelop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutesCollaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and support teams, to ensure alignment and effective communicationEnsure that projects are delivered in accordance with industry best practices, and that clients receive high-quality servicesConduct project post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve future project deliveryWhat You'll Need: 10+ years of experience in managing IT projects, specifically in the security domain.
Strong understanding of SIEM solutions, including their architecture, functionality, and implementationProven experience in managing projects using standard methodologies, including waterfall and AgileExcellent project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and team managementStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholdersAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risksBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldProven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
Bonus Points: Experience with SIEM solutions, such as Splunk, IBM QRadar, Exabeam, or LogRhythm.
