About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer/Administrator to join our Data & Insights team. In this role, you will configure Dynamics 365 modules, build, and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows, assist with data migration and integration, provide first-line support, develop and support custom plugins using C# and .NET, implement JavaScript customizations, and collaborate with stakeholders, working alongside our Senior D365 Developers. You will also manage version control and liaise with third-party support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customise Dynamics 365 modules.
  • Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
  • Assist with data migration and integration tasks.
  • Provide first-line support and troubleshooting.
  • Document processes and contribute to knowledge sharing.
  • Develop custom plugins and workflows using C# and .NET.
  • Implement JavaScript for client-side customisations and UI enhancements.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems via APIs and middleware.
  • Optimise system performance and ensure security compliance.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Maintain version control and follow ALM best practices using tools like Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to liaise with third party support team.
  • PL-900 certification as an entry point (aligned with internal training plans).

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 architecture.
  • Experience with C#, Typescript, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions).
  • Knowledge of BI.
