GP Practice - Patient Recall Administrator

Job summary

Are you an experienced administrator with excellent IT skills, strong attention to detail and a desire to do work that supports patient care?

Following an internal promotion, we are looking for a confident, positive and organised administrator to join our friendly Practice Team.

This is not a reception-based role. You will work behind the scenes to help maintain accurate patient records, manage patient recall systems, support safe and effective patient care, ensuring the Practice continues to meet its quality and service requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems and keeping information accurate and well organised, taking pride in getting things right.

Previous experience in a GP practice or healthcare setting would be helpful, but it is not essential. We welcome applications from experienced administrators in other sectors who have strong transferable skills and are keen to learn.
