Job summary
Croydon Health Services NHS Trust is seeking two experienced Interim Project Managers (Band 8a) to support delivery of key transformation priorities across the organisation.
This is a fast-paced role suited to individuals who can hit the ground running, working across complex programmes such as digital enablement, cost improvement programmes (CIP), and wider service transformation.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across clinical,operationaland corporate services, requiring an excellent standard of communication in all formats (written, verbal and presentation).
You will be able to distil complex information into clear, tailored messaging for different audiences, supporting understanding and engagement at all levels.
Main duties of the job
Whatyou'llbe doing

Leading delivery of priority projects across transformation, digital and/or CIP programmes

Liaising with and influencing senior stakeholders across the Trust

Communicating complex information clearly, adapting style and messaging to different audiences

Proven experience as a Project Managerwithin NHS Acute hospitalsat Band 8a level or equivalent

Strongtrack recordin digital transformation,CIPor service redesign

Ability to communicate with clarity and impact, including simplifying complex information for a range of stakeholders

Experience working with and presenting to senior stakeholders

Strong understanding of NHS priorities and direction of travel

Person Specification
Knowledge
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within NHS Acute hospital at Band 8a level or equivalent, strong understanding of NHS priorities and direction of travel
- Ability to communicate with clarity and impact, including simplifying complex information for a range of stakeholders., strong track record in digital transformation, CIP or service redesign
Education/Qualification
- Project/Programme Management Qualification (e.g Prince2, MSP) or equivalent experience
Experience
- Significant experience in Project Management
- Experience of implementing large scale transformation
