Remote (1 day a month in the Nottingham Office)
Salary - £35,000 - £40,000

My client provides IT Solutions and Services for the healthcare sector, focusing on improving efficiency and Security in IT Systems. The team of experts help healthcare companies manage IT and cybersecurity challenges, supporting the delivery of top-quality healthcare services.
 
The Role
With very high company retention and employee-focused values, they are now looking to add an experienced 2nd Line Support Consultant to the team. This role will involve, solving technical issues, the deployment of Software, and maintaining good relationships with clients.
You will be joining an experienced and structured team of consultants with progression opportunities into more senior and technical positions.
 
Full training and onboarding will be delivered upon the start date.

  Requirements:

• Strong experience in a 2nd/3rd Line Support role with additional end-user-facing experience
• In-depth experience of Windows Operating Systems, Servers, Active Directory
• Strong Troubleshooting skills
• Previous experience with the roll-out of new software
• Strong knowledge/Experience with Firewalls and Networking (DHCP/DNS/TCP/IP)

  Desirable:  

• Knowledge or experience with querying SQL Databases
• Knowledge or experience with VPNs and Antivirus software
