Location: Central London (Hybrid)
Salary: £80k–£100k + Commission

Our client is a fast-growing FinTech scale-up delivering cloud solutions to large enterprise clients globally. They're seeking a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive to drive enterprise growth and build lasting client relationships.
In this role, you will own a personal enterprise sales pipeline, generate new opportunities alongside SDR support, and lead complex, high-value deals across multiple stakeholders. You'll engage directly with senior business leaders, navigating multi-stakeholder, C-Suite relationships to deliver solutions that make a real impact. You'll also collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to create value-driven messaging and position the company as a trusted partner through presentations, case studies, and demos.
What we're looking for:
- 8+ years in enterprise sales, selling SaaS or FinTech solutions
- Proven track record of success with complex deals and high-value client engagements
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder relationships and engaging with C-Suite executives
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and generating your own opportunities
- Experience taking a product to market
- Desirable: experience in fast-growth environments, including exposure to scale-up or exit processes
