Here's the problem: their biologists, chemists and AI engineers are brilliant - and siloed. They need someone to own the bridge between them.

You'll:

Be the founding product hire, blank canvas, direct line to the CEO and leadership team

Turn scientific and engineering requirements into real specs, tickets and shipped work

Build the product function from scratch (tooling and process — your call)

Push back on senior scientists when the science and the roadmap disagree

You are:

A PM with a software engineering background

Unfazed by technical depth and bio/AI company experience a big plus

Someone who turns ambiguity into action, fast
