£50,000 Per Annum + Benefits

I’m partnering with a scaling retail brand operating across Ecommerce, Retail, and Wholesale, looking to hire a NetSuite Administrator to join their Business Solutions team.

This is a key hire for the business — you’ll act as the internal NetSuite expert, owning day-to-day administration while supporting cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, Merchandising, Retail, and Wholesale.

The Role

NetSuite Administration

• Own system maintenance, data accuracy, and user support
• Build saved searches, custom reports, and dashboards
• Manage user roles, permissions, imports/exports, and reconciliations
• Support month-end processes alongside Finance
• Coordinate with third-party support providers for enhancements

Integration Management

• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations (3PL/WMS, Shopify, returns platforms, etc.)
• Support end-to-end testing of system changes and new integrations
• Oversee inventory reporting and multi-system reconciliation

Process Improvement & Documentation

• Identify automation and optimisation opportunities
• Build and maintain technical documentation
• Translate business requirements into effective NetSuite solutions

About You

• 2–3+ years’ hands-on NetSuite administration experience
• Strong saved searches, reporting, and configuration capability
• Experience in an omnichannel environment (Ecommerce/Retail/Wholesale)
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced business
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

Nice to have: NetSuite certification, SuiteScript/SuiteFlow exposure, retail/fashion background, or integration platform experience.
