NetSuite Partner | Client-Facing Role

I’m working with an established NetSuite Partner who is looking to hire a Senior NetSuite Developer to join their growing delivery team. This is a fully remote, client-facing position where you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering tailored NetSuite solutions across a varied customer portfolio.

The Role

As a Senior NetSuite Developer, you will work closely with Functional Consultants, Project Managers, and directly with clients to design, build, and implement high-quality customisations and integrations within NetSuite. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions while maintaining best practice development standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of NetSuite customisations using SuiteScript (1.0/2.x)
• Build and maintain workflows (SuiteFlow), custom records, fields, forms, and scripts
• Develop and manage integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms)
• Provide technical input during solution design workshops and client discovery sessions
• Conduct code reviews and promote development best practices
• Support data migration, system upgrades, and performance optimisation
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple client environments
• Mentor junior developers where required

About You

• 4+ years’ hands-on NetSuite development experience
• Strong expertise in SuiteScript 2.x
• Experience delivering projects within a NetSuite Partner or consultancy environment
• Proven experience working in client-facing roles
• Strong understanding of NetSuite architecture and best practice design principles
• Experience with integrations and middleware platforms
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

• NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Developer, or ERP Consultant)
• Experience across multiple NetSuite modules (Finance, Manufacturing, WMS, CRM, etc.)
• Exposure to international or multi-subsidiary environments
