We’re hiring a Talent Manager to take ownership of a key AI client. You’ll be the main contact for the client and the link to our delivery team.

You’ll run the account day to day. That means coordinating consultants across roles, keeping the client updated, and keeping the process moving from brief to offer and onboarding.

This suits someone in tech recruitment who wants to move into account management while staying close to delivery. You should be comfortable with AI or software roles and the pace of scaling teams.

We need someone who builds strong relationships and can manage different stakeholders with confidence. You’ll be working with a fast-scaling client where hiring needs can change quickly, so you must be able to stay organised and adapt without losing control of the process. You’ll also step in to source when needed.

You’ll take ownership of a high-value client and work closely with leadership to grow the account.

Key skills and experience

• Tech recruitment background (AI or software preferred)
• Strong client and stakeholder management
• Experience with fast-growing or scale-up businesses
• Highly organised; able to manage multiple roles
• Confident with bespoke recruitment platforms and Microsoft tools
• Willing to source when needed
• Clear, direct communicator
