Apprenticeship - IT Support Technician Level 3
The Multi Skilled IT Support Apprentice Technician role is a developmental position within the Regional Enterprise Platforms Infrastructure team. On completion of this apprenticeship, you will obtain an Information Communications Technician Level 3 Qualification.
Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Apprentice to join our team specializing in IT Infrastructure Support for our Enterprise Platforms shared service group in UK Darlington. During your apprenticeship with us, you will learn how a major global organisation operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- GCSE Grade 5 in Math’s, English literature and English language with an all other subjects at a 4 or above (Essential)
- A keen desire to learn and work in a professional IT environment focusing on starting your career
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as working on your own
- Good listening as well as communication skills are essential
- Able to use MS Office (Excel, Word + Powerpoint) applications to an intermediate level

Training
