SC Cleared ServiceNow CMDB Manager: ServiceNow, CMDB - 6 months initially - Hybrid - (RL8239)

Our enterprise client is looking for a ServiceNow Config and CMDB Manager to join their team.

Start date: ASAP
Duration: 120 days
Pay Rate: Competitive (PLEASE NOTE: Employer NI is paid for by the client)
Total Daily Earnings: Competitive (includes rolled up holiday)
IR35 Status: Inside
Location: Hybrid with some travelling involved

NOTE: Active SC Clearance is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

The Consultant will focus on bringing the CMDB up to the point of good' and this role would be the continuation of that in a BAU capacity covering items such as:

• CI correctness
• New and updated service mappings
• CI data quality
• Discovery data quality
• Be an extended part of our ServiceNow CoE
• Be an active participant in our CMDB working group
• Drive outcomes with CI Data Owners
• Reporting aspects around the CMDB

This is a BAU operational role, and not a platform development role. The successful applicant needs to manage and maintain the CMDB once they have worked through recovery of the CMDB itself, which is an inflight activity.
