Curteis Webb Recruitment are working with a digital agency in West Kent. A great team, not corporate or bureaucratic, their focus is on delivering results for their clients, without any nonsense or jargon.

They are looking for a proactive, client facing Project Manager, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on spec and on budget.And, if they are falling behind this person needs to find out why and drive the process through to successful delivery.

The JOB:

The Project Manager is responsible for a variety of web and mobile development projects. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on specification, and on budget.

• Scheduling and managing web and mobile design and development projects
• Managing cross-functional team communications, and leading daily progress stand-ups.
• Building strong client relationships and maintaining effective ways of working for each project, whether waterfall or agile.
• Working with the rest of the team to understand clients’ requirements, ask appropriate questions, and come up with the right solutions to meet their needs.
• Deliver weekly project updates
• QA and testing of web and mobile project updates

Skills Required

You will have project management experience and bring some (but not necessarily all) of the following skills...

• Knowledge of web and app development processes
• Experience project management methods, i.e. Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2
• Knowledge of CMS, e-commerce, SEO and Analytics.
• Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, familiarity with project management tools.
• Business writing skills and ability to produce documents
• An analytical mind and enthusiasm for problem solving.
• Able to manage multiple projects and allocate time effectively.

The opportunity
