Role Mission To drive Curvo's growth to $5M+ ARR by owning the entire growth funnel and leveraging AI as a force multiplier for rapid experimentation and automation.
This is a pivotal opportunity for a Growth Lead to be the first dedicated growth hire at Curvo, taking ownership of the entire growth function. You will be joining at an inflection point, with a self-serve product recently launched, promising paid ad performance, and converting enterprise deals. Your mission will be to leverage AI and innovative strategies to compress timelines, run high-velocity experiments, and build a scalable growth engine that fuels both self-serve and enterprise motions, without engaging in direct sales activities.What You'll Do
- Drive Curvo to $5M+ ARR in the next 12 months by owning growth end-to-end, using AI as a force multiplier
- Establish end-to-end tracking for the self-serve funnel within 30 days to monitor signup sources and drop-off points
- Publish content daily across LinkedIn and X, and launch the first batch of growth experiments within 30 days
- Achieve month-over-month growth in self-serve signups within 90 days, with at least two paid channels running below an agreed CPA
- Build the engine that feeds the sales team and powers the self-serve motion, focusing on inbound generation
- Manage paid acquisition campaigns, demonstrating understanding of CPA, ROAS, and attribution
- Optimize signup funnels, activation flows, and onboarding experiences with a product-led growth mindset
- Data-driven approach to set up tracking, measure performance, and iterate based on results
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy in a first-hire role
- Located in the United Kingdom
- 2+ years in growth, demand generation, or product marketing at an AI, sales tech, or high-velocity startup (Seed to Series B preferred)
- Proven ability to create marketing content quickly, including LinkedIn posts, demo videos, ad copy, and landing pages
- Hands-on experience with paid acquisition, managing campaigns and understanding metrics like CPA, ROAS, and attribution
- Strong product-led growth instincts, with experience optimizing signup funnels, activation flows, or onboarding experiences
- AI-native workflow, regularly using tools like Claude Code or Cursor
- Experience in revenue intelligence, sales enablement, or conversation intelligence
- Community building experience (e.g., Slack communities, user groups, events)
- Video production skills, whether AI-generated or traditional
- Experience with programmatic content or growth hacking to generate leads at scale
