IT Support Technician Apprentice

You will be part of our busy service desks answering support calls from customers and working with colleagues to resolve IT incidents. This is a fast-paced and demanding environment, but you will be fully supported by experienced and knowledgeable engineers.

Working on a busy IT help desks your daily duties would include:

• Take support calls from clients and inputting these in to our ticketing system ready to be assigned to engineers
• Raising support ticket and progressing to fixing issues as you learn the skills
• Manage office 365 requests like new user setups, calendar permissions
• Perform first-line fixes where possible. This tends to be password resets, software updates and new user setups
• Liaise with senior engineers
• You will also be helping setup new equipment for clients. Setting up laptops, tablets and PC's
• Finally, you will get the opportunity to assist with some project work at times. This will can include onsite work at the client's premises
