They are seeking a VP Sales - Financial Services to lead and scale their presence across Tier 1 banks and insurance organisations.

The Role
As VP Sales, you will take full ownership of Financial Services revenue across the region, combining strategic leadership with hands-on deal engagement.
You will drive new logo acquisition, expand strategic accounts, and build a scalable go-to-market approach aligned to enterprise clients in banking and insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Leadership & Strategy
- Own and deliver Financial Services revenue across the UK & Northern Europe
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy for Tier 1 banks and insurers
- Drive consistent, predictable ARR growth
Enterprise Sales Leadership
- Lead and support complex, high-value enterprise deals
- Engage directly with C-suite stakeholders across key accounts
- Ensure high standards of value-based, consultative selling
Team Development & Scaling
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and excellence
- Implement scalable sales processes and methodologies
Strategic Account Growth
- Develop deep relationships across key enterprise clients
- Identify expansion opportunities and long-term growth strategies
- Leverage partner ecosystem (consultancies, cloud providers) to accelerate deals
Forecasting & Execution
- Maintain rigorous pipeline management and forecasting discipline
- Drive operational excellence and consistent deal execution

About You
You are a senior enterprise sales leader with a proven track record of building and delivering within Financial Services.
Experience:
- Strong track record selling enterprise software / SaaS into Tier 1 banks and insurance organisations
- Experience leading regional or vertical sales teams
- Proven success closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Background in technology, data, or software-led solutions

- c£130-£150,000 base + uncapped bonus (double OTE)
