Senior Fullstack Engineer

I’m partnering with a well-funded, early-stage cybersecurity intelligence company building a next-generation third-party and supply chain risk platform.

They’ve closed seed funding, are preparing for Series A, and are scaling both their core engineering team. They’re now hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer - someone who cares deeply about clean code, strong systems, and growing alongside a high-calibre team.

The Opportunity -

You’ll work across the stack (backend-leaning), helping build and evolve a platform that ingests and processes large-scale intelligence data used by security, finance and resilience teams.

You’ll:

  • Build and maintain backend services (TypeScript / Node.js)
  • Develop and extend APIs (Fastify)
  • Contribute to high-volume data ingestion and processing workflows
  • Ship frontend features in React / TypeScript when needed
  • Write clean, well-tested, well-documented code
  • Participate actively in code reviews and engineering standards
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering leadership

This is a hands-on builder role - not just feature delivery, but meaningful contribution to how the platform evolves.

What They’re Looking For

  • 3+ years backend experience (strong Node.js / TypeScript)
  • Comfortable working across the stack
  • Experience in collaborative engineering teams where quality matters
  • Someone who understands good system design - even if you haven’t led architecture yet
  • Clear communicator, great team player, high ownership

Bonus if you’ve worked with:

  • Python (data processing / automation)
  • Data pipelines or high-volume ingestion
  • Graph / relationship modelling
  • Security, risk or intelligence platforms
  • AWS or infrastructure-as-code exposure

Why This Role Is Interesting

  • Early high-impact hire - funded, structured, and growing intentionally
  • Strong technical leadership to learn from
  • Real ownership without being thrown in the deep end
  • Meaningful equity at Seed → Series A stage
  • Cyber / supply chain risk - a space that’s only becoming more critical

This is ideal for someone who wants to level up technically while still having tangible impact on a product from its early stages.
