This role sits within CyberScope and works closely with Socify.ai—our AI-powered SOC 2 compliance automation platform under the ESOF suite. Socify enables faster, smarter, and continuous audit readiness across both Type I and Type II assessments through a security-first, audit-centric approach.

As we scale globally, we’re building a high-performing Business Development team to drive growth across key markets.

The Role

We are hiring a Business Development Manager who will drive new business growth for TAC Security’s product - SOCify across Europe by generating high-quality leads and converting them into revenue opportunities. Own outbound prospecting, leverage events and partnerships, and actively build a strong pipeline to accelerate client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline creation: prospect, qualify, and convert high-value leads
  • Drive end-to-end sales: outreach → demos → negotiation → close
  • Build and scale client, partner, and reseller relationships
  • Hit aggressive revenue targets and expand market presence
  • Partner with marketing on campaigns, events, and demand generation
  • Deliver sharp pitches, proposals, and demos that win deals
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline forecasting
  • Stay ahead of market trends to unlock new opportunities

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or growth roles within SaaS, cybersecurity, or tech environments, with a consistent track record of exceeding targets
  • Bring hands-on experience in ESOF, AppSec, and VAPT, with confidence in selling technical and enterprise-grade solutions
  • Understand the full enterprise sales cycle, from lead generation and outbound prospecting to proposal creation and contract negotiation
  • Are highly skilled in negotiation and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
  • Possess strong project management and organizational skills, with sharp attention to detail
  • Have a solid grasp of digital marketing channels and strategies to drive lead generation and pipeline growth
  • Excel in communication, presentations, and networking, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Are self-driven, target-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, global environments
  • Can operate independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
