CyberScope, a Web3 security leader and part of TAC Security (NSE: TAC), is expanding its global Business Development team. As demand for blockchain security continues to grow, we are scaling our commercial operations to support projects across all major ecosystems.

With $3B+ in assets secured, 1,500+ clients, and partnerships with leading protocols, exchanges, launchpads, and infrastructure providers, CyberScope delivers enterprise-grade security solutions trusted across the Web3 industry.

We are hiring Business Development Managers in multiple regions to drive revenue, expand strategic partnerships, and strengthen our presence in both emerging and established Web3 markets.

Your Role:

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with Web3 projects, VCs, launchpads, and ecosystems
• Work closely with technical, audit, and delivery teams to align client needs with solutions
• Drive regional market expansion while collaborating with the global BD team
• Represent CyberScope at international conferences, meetups, and Web3 events
• Track pipeline performance, forecasts, and key KPIs

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Have proven experience in Web3, blockchain, or cybersecurity sales
• Understand security requirements for DeFi, Gaming, NFTs, Stablecoins, and L1/L2 blockchains
• Have an existing regional or global network in the Web3 ecosystem
• Are comfortable selling technical services and enterprise solutions
• Can work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Direct experience selling smart contract audits, penetration testing, monitoring, or compliance
• Worked with Web3 enterprises, funds, or large-scale protocols
• Experience managing long sales cycles and high-value deals
