The Role

We are looking for a Senior Inside Sales Executive to support and accelerate revenue growth through effective lead management, client coordination, and high-quality techno-commercial proposals. This role sits at the intersection of sales and delivery, requiring strong collaboration with internal technical and commercial teams to drive deal progression and closures.

You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound leads, qualifying opportunities, and preparing tailored proposals that align with client requirements. Acting as a key point of contact for prospects, you will ensure seamless communication, timely follow-ups, and a strong sales experience throughout the pipeline.

This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, commercially driven, and confident in handling end-to-end inside sales processes in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads, qualifying and converting them into strong sales opportunities
  • Conduct initial client interactions to understand business needs and technical requirements
  • Prepare and support techno-commercial proposals, RFQs, and quotations aligned with client expectations
  • Collaborate with technical, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate solutioning and pricing
  • Ensure proposals are compliant, commercially viable, and tailored to client requirements
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and MIS reporting for visibility and forecasting
  • Act as the primary point of contact during the pre-sales and proposal stage
  • Address client queries on scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables with clarity and speed
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive conversions and repeat business

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or pre-sales, preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or tech
  • Are confident in preparing techno-commercial proposals, RFQs, and client-facing documents
  • Possess a strong understanding of sales processes, lead qualification, and pipeline management
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with both clients and internal teams
  • Are detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines simultaneously
  • Have experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MIS reporting
  • Can collaborate cross-functionally with technical, operations, and finance teams
  • Are proactive, responsive, and solution-driven in handling client queries and requirements
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and take ownership of outcomes

Key Skills

  • Strong expertise in techno-commercial proposals, costing, and solution alignment
  • Solid experience in B2B inside sales, sales support, or pre-sales environments
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across clients and internal teams
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools for reporting and pipeline management
  • Highly detail-oriented and customer-focused, ensuring accuracy and quality in deliverables
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams
  • Experience supporting contract finalization and seamless handover to operations/delivery teams

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred
