Founding Growth Lead

We’re building an AI workforce that lets small businesses run and grow themselves. Working alongside technical founder Kai Feller (previous company was UK’s largest bootstrapped exit of $300m), we're assembling an elite founding team that moves fast and gets things done.

As the Founding Growth Lead, you’ll run rapid experiments across paid, organic, and viral channels to uncover scalable growth paths. You’ll craft and test creative, build landing pages and funnels, and optimise every step from first click to conversion using AI to execute like a team of ten. This is a growth role at its best - analytical, creative, and hands-on working within a small collaborative group that operates with a sense of urgency and passion for building innovative products.

Role

• Run rapid experiments across paid, organic, and viral channels to identify scalable growth loops.
• Use AI tools to create content, campaigns, and creative at 10x speed - operating like a full marketing team.
• Build and optimise landing pages, onboarding flows, and CRM automations to maximise activation and conversion.
• Help shape the product, strategy, and team as we scale.
• Stay on the frontier of AI, keeping up to date with emerging tools and technologies to keep us at the edge of what’s possible.

Requirements

• Proven track record growing early-stage SaaS or AI products.
• Deep understanding of digital acquisition, conversion funnels, and analytics.
• Hands-on expertise & experience with all tools required to acquire & activate.
• Evidence of excellence at everything you do.
• Currently utilising AI to make yourself 10x more productive.
• Natural curiosity and obsession for AI and cutting edge technology.
