The Role

You will work as part of our support team, helping customers both remotely and on-site within a customer facing environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and resolving IT issues.
• Supporting users with hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 enquiries.
• Installing and configuring PCs, laptops, printers, and networking equipment.
• Assisting with IT projects and customer deployments.
• Building strong relationships with customers through excellent service and communication.

You will be supported by experienced colleagues and given opportunities to learn and develop your skills.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• A genuine interest in IT and technology.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Desirable but Not Essential

• Previous experience in an IT support role.
• Knowledge of Windows Server environments.
• Experience with networking, cabling, or IT installations.
• Practical DIY or installation skills and confidence using basic tools.

Don't worry if you don't have experience in all of these areas. We are happy to provide training and support for the right candidate.

Training and Development

We will provide ongoing training, mentoring, and opportunities to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of technologies. Location

The role is based in Slough, with regular travel to customer sites in the surrounding area. A mileage allowance will be paid for business travel.

As many of our customers are schools, an Enhanced DBS check will be required before employment can commence.
