Our client, with decades of experience delivering innovative IT solutions, is seeking a dedicated Cloud Support Engineer to join their team. You will play a pivotal role in integrating cutting-edge technologies to enhance clients' business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Work on a service desk, servicing ticket requests from clients, and providing onsite support.

• Create scripts to improve cloud deployment and reporting, mainly in SharePoint
• Act as a dedicated support point for detailed firewall queries
• Maintain strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and monitoring tools across the team
• Collaborate effectively with external suppliers delivering elements of our service
• Build trust-based relationships with key customers and ensure two-way feedback on products, services, priorities, and challenges
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Manage cloud environments
• Update security and network information to reflect infrastructure changes
• Test and roll out updates to firewalls and routers
• Create and manage SharePoint sites and privileges
• Track and remediate compromised accounts
• Demonstrate working knowledge of a leading firewall vendor (FortiGate preferred)
• Apply MDM skills and manage O365 conditional access

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience on a support helpdesk with a variety of technologies (MSP experience ideal)
• Relevant technical certifications
• Knowledge of Power BI and PowerShell is an advantage
• Driving license (car or motorbike) would be an advantage
