The Role:

This is a full 360° recruitment role with a strong focus on business development. You'll bring your own client base, nurture those relationships, and generate new opportunities while managing the entire recruitment process—from sourcing top IT talent to successful placement.

Key Accountabilities:

• Own and grow your portfolio of clients
• Drive new business through proactive networking and lead generation
• Deliver full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals
• Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates

• Proven success in IT contract recruitment
• Strong business development skills and an established client base
• Results-driven, financially motivated mindset
