Network Installation Engineers

My client is looking for experienced and motivated Network Infrastructure & Installation Engineers to join our growing team. These are field-based roles involving nationwide travel across the UK, delivering high-quality IT infrastructure and installation services to our clients.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and commissioning of a wide range of IT and network systems, with a strong emphasis on structured cabling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and terminate copper cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a) to industry standards
• Deploy a wide variety of IT technologies including:
• WiFi systems
• Network Switches and Routers
• CCTV systems
• EPoS solutions
• Test, label, and certify installed cabling infrastructure
• Conduct site surveys, plan and execute installations in accordance with client requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cabling and network infrastructure

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in installing copper data cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a)
• Hands-on experience deploying IT technologies (WiFi, network equipment, CCTV, EPoS, etc.)
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel regularly and work away from home when required
• Level 3 qualification such as CNCI (Certified Network Cable Installer)
• JIB Gold Card or equivalent industry certification

£40,000 - £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Nationwide (UK-wide travel required)
