Working across a varied portfolio of commercial and industrial sites, you'll play a key role in maintaining, optimising and improving Building Management Systems, ensuring customers receive a first-class service.

The Role
As a BMS Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and optimising Building Management Systems across a range of customer sites throughout the Newcastle area.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a variety of BMS installations
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out reactive repairs
- Identifying opportunities to improve system performance and energy efficiency
- Completing surveys and producing recommendations for upgrades and remedial works
- Supporting small BMS modification and upgrade projects
- Responding to emergency breakdowns as part of the on-call rota
- Building strong relationships with customers through professional service delivery
- Working closely with the wider engineering and operations teams
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with experienced BMS Engineers who have:
- At least 3 years' experience working with Trend Controls and/or Tridium/Niagara
- Experience modifying Trend 963, IQVision and associated graphics/schematics
- Good understanding of HVAC control systems
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus or M-Bus
- Experience using SET software or equivalent engineering tools
- Good understanding of IP networking and BMS communications
- A methodical approach to fault finding and problem solving
- Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
