BPA Integration Analyst – Fully Remote (UK-Based)
We’re growing – and we need a BPA Integration Analyst to help us automate, integrate, and streamline our systems. This new role has arisen due to organizational growth, acquisitions, and the launch of new websites and system integrations.
Location: Fully remote (UK-based only – local to the North preferred, but open to the right candidate)

About the Role
You’ll design, implement, and support Business Process Automation (BPA) solutions connecting our ERP, e-commerce platforms, and third-party applications. Your work will reduce manual tasks, improve data accuracy, and increase operational efficiency.
You’ll collaborate across accounting, manufacturing, supply chain, and e-commerce teams to translate business needs into automated workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design, implement, and maintain BPA workflows.
- Develop and manage integrations between ERP systems, e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento), and third-party applications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise existing workflows.
- Document processes and provide technical support to internal teams.
Must-Haves
- Strong experience with BPA platforms (codeless automation tools).
- ERP integration experience (Wise ERP preferred).
- SQL expertise for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of the BPA Platform.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Magento.
