Marketing Operations and Portals Executive

Purpose of the role:

The Marketing Operations Client Portal & Projects Executive will support the Client Portal product solution, whilst also contributing to project activity led by the Atlas Product Lead.

This role delivers technical, project and administrative support to the Atlas Product Lead, ensuring governance is completed in a timely manner for both BAU client portals and ongoing phases of Client Portal development projects.

Working closely with teams across the firm as well as our trusted technology partners and agencies, the role provides key coordination and technical input for BAU and project activity. This position sits within the MODEI (Marketing Operations, Digital Experience and Intelligence) team and reports to the Atlas Product Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the administration, build and management of the client portal product, ensuring clients get a high quality and best in class experience.
  • Utilising SharePoint/Atlas and product knowledge of Client Connect to support both BAU activities and client connect project phases.
  • Managing the release cycle for Atlas updates.
  • Engaging stakeholders to configure bespoke Client Connect Sites.
  • Attend and chair governance meetings, providing support to the Client Portal product owner and governance committee members on day-to-day management of the platform
  • Provide ongoing project support for the Marketing Operations Engagement Lead, and colleagues in Clients and Markets.
  • Suggest ideas for optimisation and improvement of the firms marketing platforms and system.
  • Use Monday.com software to prepare, update and create project plans and roadmaps.
  • Deliver Atlas technical training and consultancy to colleagues within DACB
  • Establish strong working relationships with teams across the firm ensuring commercial, client engagement, data, and compliance aspects are considered.
  • Ensure data uploaded to our Platforms & Systems is in line with regulatory requirements and policies
  • Handle confidential information in line with the firm's data security protocols.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Proven experience using a Content Management System (CMS) with good technical understanding of SharePoint/Atlas.
  • Good understanding of information architecture, UX principles, and content governance
  • Experience managing user access controls and working with sensitive information.
  • A creative thinker with the ability to push beyond the expected, inspire creativity and introduce new ideas.
  • Strong experience applying best practice, process management, and risk mitigation to drive quality and consistency.
  • Flexibility and willingness to undertake a variety of tasks related to the Atlas client portal
  • Strong IT skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Power Automate would be an advantage but is not required.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and projects.
